How do I get noticed?

I'm in eighth grade and I am age thirteen. I'm sort of pretty, but not gorgeous. I have brown, red-streaked hair that is barely pasty lips in front and at the bottom of my neck in back (not a mullet). I also have brown eyes, normal size, and I wear large, REAL black glasses. About the same as Adam Savage. My ideals are rather different than most guys' and girls', but I'm not a commie or anything. I'm just the only atheist and international socialist and I don't stand up for the flag. I admit I am fat, but I have lost twenty pounds, almost thirty. I am on my way to a healthy weight. I am also 5'2". I am shy around strangers, but loud and joking with friends. All of my guy friend are in the friend zone and I want it to stay that way. Please help!!!
