I have intermittent hesitation when starting my 2007 Hyundai Accent.?

This started right after timing belt replacement 25000 miles ago. Could this be the cause? Car generally runs well, I have replaced the alternator and starter, battery tests good. Might seem trivial but I like my car to be perfect since I drive a lot. I would appreciate your input.
