Should we send all the unneeded ppl out of the country?

its like those babys, teenagers, old folks and the blacks are not really needed in our country, nobody need them, nobody wants them, and they are consuming all our resources. i was sitting in the dark doing nothing the other day and this good idea popped into my head, why dont we send all these unwanted ppl out of the country, we can send all the babys and old folks to canada where they can make use of that commie health care system the canadians are so proud of, and for the teenagers we can send them to china where they can get proper education since that place is such wasteland, very poor so they dont dont have all this game console and moblie phones and tv to distract them, and the blacks maybe we can send them all back to africa or something
