Why does my car keep draining brand new batteries and alternators?

in the past 2 months i don't know how many times i have replaced my alternator and battery. in the past couple weeks it has been running fine but now all of a sudden my battery keeps dying everytime i shut my car off because the clock on my radio is reset everytime i get back in the car and it kinda hesitates before it starts.
